We are seeking a senior opertaions support administrator for a new role working within operations support for a international printing company.

You will be based from Bradley Stoke, Working Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30

Salary is £25,000 - £35,000 depending upon experience.

We are seeking a candiate who can demonstrate a very strong administration and orginisational background.

You will be provifing an overall operations support to Production Management team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- _Oversee day to day Project recruitment, staff resource_
- management, holiday requests, payroll and back fill the Administrator role due to sickness / holiday._
- _Supporting HR processes._ _Keep up to date with all policies and procedures to assist with the communication to staff. Ability to advise Management on policy related issues, using knowledge gained and experience._
- _Work closely with the Operations Managers to oversee daily business operations._
- _Develop and assist with the input of data for performance reviews, look to integrate within the iTrent system._
- _Developing and updating company databases, work with other departments to ensure work is not duplicated._
- _Improving operations awareness on policy and procedure, develop go to guides that are within easy reach of production staff._
- _Ability to build spreadsheets to allow for better recording systems and reporting tools._
- _Ongoing record keeping and management of personal data, to allow for ease of company checks, work with HRSS to deliver in time clearance._
- _Build and maintain skills matrix to work alongside staff planner._
- _Raise POs for consumables required for production._
- _Support Production projects._
- _Administrative support to Production Management team - TMS support, holiday adjustments, general sickness recording / reporting absence % ensuring Management have the information available for absence /stage meetings required, Bridge training / planning of training._

**Skills / Experience**
- _Effective communication - verbal and written, strong planning, attention to detail and time management skills essential_
- _Strong administration skills_
- _Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)_
- _Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills_

**Advantage**
- _Staff Management experience_
- _Project Management experience /understanding project methodologies_
- _Paragon knowledge/experience policies & procedures - Recruitment, investigations, disciplinary’s, PIP/PMP_
