Our uniquely innovative containers maintain the cold chain, preventing shipments being spoiled or delayed, and delivering temperature sensitive products to patients on time and to help save lives.

The warehouse operative role includes performing the daily warehousing activities which are, goods in and out process for stock items, the despatch and receipt of products (including the inspection as per company SOP), repair and maintenance of equipment, regular stock takes and maintaining a clean warehouse. Adherence to Health and Safety to maintain order and safe conditions at all times.

**Daily warehouse activities**:

- Goods In process
- Goods out process
- QC (quality checks) and commissioning of new equipment
- Preparation and release of customer orders (temperature controlled)

**Stock control**
- Report low stock levels
- Maintain stock systems and keep up to date and accurate
- Ensure stock is serviceable
- Ensure Dataloggers are in calibration and in full working order
- Ensure that all temperature chambers are in the specified temperature.

**Health & Safety and security**
- Ensure that stock is safely stored
- Ensure the warehouse is secure at all times
- Follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure stock is clean and available for use

**Equipment maintenance**
- Carry out planned maintenance of warehouse machinery and equipment as advised
- Perform routine checks of forklift and pump-trucks
- Carry out basic repairs of container stock

**Job Requirements**

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent required

**Experience**
- Previous warehouse experience
- Supply chain
- Temperature controlled packaging

**Additional training**
- Forklift truck operator
- First aid training
- Basic course of work risk prevention
- Safe working practices
- Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload and download data into company system

**Skills**
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently
- Pays attention to detail and monitors quality of inventory
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
