**Pay Rate**: £11.44 per hour

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding role with a great work-life balance? We are seeking compassionate, dedicated female Support Workers to join our team in Gateshead, providing person-centered care for individuals with complex needs.

**About the Role**:
This role involves supporting clients with their daily routines, promoting independence, and ensuring they receive high-quality care. You will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm, with the option to split shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Support with daily activities, including personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
- Encourage and assist with developing life skills and promoting independence.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment, ensuring clients’ well-being and comfort.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Previous care experience is essential; complex care experience is preferred.
- **DBS**: A transferable DBS is required.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently.
- **Commitment**: Reliable and dedicated, with a passion for providing high-quality care.
