The Concierge Service operates from 8am to 8pm, 365 days a year.

Casual staff may be asked to cover a full shift (8am to 4pm or 12:00pm to 8pm) or shorter periods of time as required. We are particularly keen to cover week days Monday to Friday during the day.

The role will be responsible for the safety and security of residents whilst also helping to run our innovative Community Hub. Albion Mill is a suite of apartments for residents age 18 plus who have support needs including learning disabilities, dementia and extra care needs.

The Community Hub is the heart of Albion Mill.

We are developing a programme of excellent community activities (such as trips, sports, courses, wellbeing, crafts and clubs) to educate, inform and entertain residents. Most importantly your enthusiasm will engage all residents in developing an exciting, welcoming and safe place that is full of fun, laughter and learning.

This is a position of responsibility. When the Albion Mill manager is not on site, the role will be solely responsible for the health and safety of the people in the centre including dealing with emergencies.

Full training on the health and safety processes of Albion Mill will be given.

An enhanced DBS check will be required.
