**Technical Publications Administrator**

Long term, unique contract opportunity based in Derby. Customer Portal Administrator - Technical Publications Administrator is responsible for the management of our clients’ technical publications on-line or off-line ensuring that customers receive timelyand effective support to meet their needs.
- Manage and maintain the customer portal(s) supporting the services business (Technical Publications)
- Ensure customers have access to the necessary information and data in a timely manner
- Issuing the communications to customers regarding technical data i.e. ballots, in service events and general information
- Support the IT service centre, specialising in Technical Publications
- Engage, where necessary, with the 3rd line support teams to manage system issues Specific accountabilities
- Cross train for system administration tasks
- Includes customer profile management, subscriptions, invoicing
- Facilitate the production, delivery and installation of Offline Publications for customers
- Act as global super-user for FlatIrons / PinPoint
- Management of Customer Subscriptions, access and expiries for Technical Publications access, including interface to the commercial teams to understand what our contractual commitments are, so that we deliver the technical data we are oblige to.
- Management of Managed Service Provider to deliver Tech Pubs invoices as required
