**Your new role**
Working in conjunction with the operational team, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day oversight of the engineers, technicians, vehicles, associated plant & equipment ensuring delivery of great customer service. The role is required to carry out audits on site, ensuring teams are working safely, efficiently and ensuring that work is completed within the required timescale. The Operational Supervisor will be expected to attend & contribute to monthly management & H&S meetings, work closely with planning & operational team.

**About you**

**Desirable**
**qualifications/ skills/ experience**-
- Previous experience and/or qualifications within the Utilities and/or Drainage Industry

- Driving Licence

- IOSH or similar qualifications

Proven experience of working in customer service or a customer focused environment.

- Professional, customer focused with a good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning.

- Working knowledge of Health and Safety

- Excellent communication skills

Excellent time management skills, with ability to deliver tasks to deadline.
