Direct Response Employment services are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in Chippenham who are currently recruiting for a supply chain coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.

As a coordinator you will be responsible for managing certain customer accounts within the business and managing those accounts from administration, customer queries and complaints along with payments on accounts and ensuring those accounts get serviced to a high level.

Key Duties:

- Being the first point of contact for producers; handling any and all queries.
- Maintaining website with accurate data.
- Updating producer passports and certificates.
- Generating a monthly report on outstanding passports and certificates.
- Calculating and authorising backdated payments.
- Ensuring paperwork for audits, both internal and external, is accurate and up to date.
- Ensuring any producer/ supplier information is shared within the required departments.
- Managing pallets, monitoring sold, duplicates and not processed for stock purposes.
- Working closely with our IT Department in an effort to continuously improve the database and thus providing. more fluent and accurate information to both producers and staff.
- General administration.

We are looking for an individual who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing along with good numerical and IT skills.

You will have previous experience within supply chain or a similar position and be able to liaise with various stake holders and be confident in managing complaint resolution.

**This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and salary is dependant on experience.**
