**Job Role**: Internal Office Administrator

**Location**: Bury St. Edmunds, IP30 9QS

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: £18,000 - £24,000 / Per Annum + Benefits (Listed Below)

**About Us**

Our company is the leading process industry solution provider offering high-quality, reliable and effective instrumentation alongside exceptional customer service.

**Duties include**
- Liaise with the Internal Sales Manager as main point of contact, in order to accurately identify and diarise customer enquiries and opportunities.
- To send enquiries to suppliers and ensure quotes are received in a timely fashion.
- To assist in the organisation and co-ordination of all sales quotations.
- To communicate effectively with our customers, clients and suppliers to ensure adequate quotations are provided in a timely manner.
- To communicate effectively with our customers to ensure adequate updates are provided in a timely manner via multiple communication channels including (but not limited to) E-Mail, Telephone, Text and Social Media.
- Database / CRM entry and maintenance
- To liaise with the Logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability and monitor stock levels to meet customers/supplier demand.
- Liaise with appropriate internal staff regarding enquiries, quotes, orders, payments
- To communicate with the internal team to ensure that all parties are aware of their personal requirements.
- Provide general support to the internal sales team
- To liaise with the Health & Safety manager to ensure that health & safety requirements are reviewed periodically.
- To maintain communication with suppliers to place orders and gain delivery updates.
- To maintain adequate technical product knowledge.
- Ensure best practice knowledge is spread throughout the team.
- Ensure personal certification/training is completed within the time requirements.
- To supply supplier and other required documentation to complete purchase orders.
- To always comply with company policy.
- NO COLD CALLING is required for this role
