Transport Administrator - Permanent - Telford

L & C Consulting are recruiting with a successful company in Telford for a new Transport / Logistics Administrator. Based in a busy office environment, this permanent position will suit an experienced a professional, experienced Administrator (with Transport / Haulage / Logistics experience) who is looking for a new, challenging but rewarding role with genuine opportunities.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

- Support Transport Manager with Route Planning and scheduling of deliveries
- Tracking
- Update CRM & paperwork
- Support Import & Export function
- PODs
- Customer Support
- Liaise with 3rd party hauliers

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a stable, proven Import / Export / Transport / Logistics Administration based background and possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).

You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent level of accuracy and IT skills (Inc Ms Excel & SAP), ideally be educated to a good standard, specifically in English and Maths. Above all, you will be a team player, motivated, professional and well organised.

The Telford site is commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Walsall, Perton, Shifnal, Newport, Ironbridge etc
