Working alongside other economists, researchers and education professionals you’ll develop insightful research on issues such as the role of the education system in facilitating movement into employment, social mobility and equity and inclusion in low
- and middle-income countries.

**Requirements**:

- A first degree or higher degree in economics, with a strong microeconomics and evaluation element, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and professional experience
- Background in research with a particular focus on quantitative methodologies and comfortable with data, statistics and other evidence
- Experienced user of statistical software, for example STATA, SPSS, R, MPlus and MLWin
- Effective communicator both verbally and written, with experience of drafting research reports and / or publications as an author

Applications from economists with a background in international development and experience of education in low
- and middle-income countries are especially welcome.
