**Control MI Change Analyst - Part Time
Northampton
Part-time, 28 hours per week**
As a Barclays Control MI Change Analyst, you will be playing an integral part of Barclays' Global Chief Control Office, supporting an effective Management Information and Reporting proposition, which meets the business needs and regulatory requirements. Thisis an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of world class Control MI through the Standardised Control Book (SCB) to enable stakeholders to make informed business decisions.

We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern optionsfor the role with the hiring manager.
**What will you be doing?**:

- Working closely with the MI Service Delivery and Business Intelligence leadership team to deliver against the MI & Reporting strategy for Barclays' control environment
- Supporting effective partnerships with associated stakeholders including Vertical, Horizontal and Legal Entity Control Business Partners
- Supporting the Head of Process Improvement in delivering effective change initiatives across the MI and Reporting landscape
- Supporting the testing of Standardised Control Book or other Controls MI.
- Contributing to generating ideas to improve the culture of continuous improvement in MI Service Delivery and Business Intelligence products
- Actively gathering evidence for periodic regulatory reporting
- Developing Business Requirements documents for new Controls MI requests
- Actively supporting the periodic assessment of Control Committee/Forum submitted material against requirements of the Operational Risk MI and Reporting Standard

- Experience of operating in a project environment and delivery of key actions according to structured plans
- Ability to promote respect in their relationships, and build a network across the business, leveraging this to benefit the work of the team
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication, with adapted style for different stakeholder levels
- Ability to work flexibly in adapting activity around team priorities
- Knowledge of and experience of working in MI & Reporting environment
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools e.g. Tableau/Alteryx, Excel VBA
**Where will you be working?**
Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton. Plans to furtherdevelop this Campus-style location are under way to allow for a real collaborative work environment. Based just off the A45 it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
