An established Life Science company has an interesting opportunity for a Senior Service Engineer - Life Sciences based in Cambridgeshire.
The Senior Service Engineer - Life Sciences job in Cambridge, will be responsible for all aspects of field service support and customer relationship management and will include installation, repairs, preventative maintenance, and instrument qualifications.
The Senior Service Engineer, Cambridge, will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is working at its highest possible quality level and is satisfying customer requirements, developing and improving all processes and procedures that directly impact serviceresolution and responsiveness, along with being responsible for equipment installation and equipment repair efficiency, preventive maintenance compliance, field resolution and system upgrades.
*Ideally have a HND or bachelor's degree in engineering, Science or related field preferred
*5+ years hands-on experience as a Service Engineer, particularly working with laboratory instrumentation.
*Working knowledge of electronics, optics, fluidics, pneumatics and control systems is required.
Please note that this role will require travel across the UK and Globally.
