Head of Home Pricing

Are you an innovative and strategic pricing manager looking for a new challenge outside the confines of a traditional pricing environment? SO-SURE is a mission to disrupt the world of possessions insurance using technology and we are looking for a pricing expert to help us deliver the next phase of our journey. This is a unique greenfield opportunity to help design, build and own a high performing pricing stack that will sit at the very core of our business.

As Head of Home Pricing you will:

- Own the insurance pricing process of our Home and possessions insurance products
- Lead the development of pricing models, pricing rules and rating approaches
- Harness technology to develop new and innovative pricing techniques
- Analyse our portfolio and channel performance and work closely with marketing to maximise opportunities
- Work closely with our underwriting partners to deepen our relationship

You will be:

- A practical and technical insurance pricing expert, comfortable with all aspects of the rating process
- Knowledgeable about market pricing principles and approaches with experience of working with aggregators
- Familiar with the standard industry pricing platforms
- An innovator, who is keen to test new ideas and approaches and work with unique data
- Wanting to influence a business at the highest levels
- You may be a pricing manager looking to take the next step of responsibility or a more senior manager looking for a new challenge.

- We are location agnostic, but you will need to travel to London occasionally for team events.
- We also have office resource available in Norwich.

The first vertical SO-SURE tackled, was mobile phone insurance and recently home contents Insurance, but our ambitions are global and across multiple consumer lines. **Salary**: £60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
