As Head of Clinical Services / Matron at our Warwickshire Hospital, you’ll have a strong track record in leading and developing nursing practice. As well as a thorough understanding of evidence-based practice and the health care regulatory agenda, you’reable to stabilise and re-engage teams, driving the standards of care.

**As Head of Clinical Services / Matron, you will**:

- Quickly understand the clinical challenges facing our hospital and build excellent relationships with internal customers and external bodies
- Ensure that we provide safe and effective care through a range of surgical and medical interventions
- Deliver effective operational management and inspirational leadership
- Be a role model for excellent clinical governance, providing strategy and direction for our hospital
- Champion improvements to clinical standards, care and service across wards, theatres, outpatients, pharmacy, radiology, imaging, cardiology and pathology
- Always be approachable and accessible to patients, relatives and colleagues
