Aftermarket Analyst

We are looking for an Aftermarket Analyst for our client in Banbury.
**Main purpose of the role** -- You will liaise with customer to ensure accurate scheduling information regarding build and forecasted demand is received.
- If successful in this role you will be the first point of contact for customers and will ensure the continuity of supply, communication and information.

**Main duties -**:

- Analyse customer schedules on a daily basis and adjust plans accordingly on all schedule platforms
- Monitor plan versus actual and report out to Aftersales management
- Host the daily Aftersales interdepartmental meeting
- Support the management and processing of 'on hold' finished goods
- Manage transport requirements including special transport
- Create / maintain reports
- Ensure part databases are up to date
- Record accurate information for KPI / SQTCM usage
- Support the Manager in areas of risk management

**Skills and experience required -**:

- Experience with Microsoft Office ( Advanced )
- Experienced user with SAP
- Very good analytical and logical skills
- Ideally you will have worked in the logistics sector

**This is a full time / permanent role with a salary up to 35k.**
