**The Role**:
We are currently looking for a number of Pastoral Tutors to join our team. Reporting to a Senior Curriculum Manager you will work alongside teaching staff to provide pastoral support for learners to improve attendance, retention, achievement and encourage positive progression.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As part of your role, you will deliver and facilitate a tutorial and Enrichment curriculum through weekly group tutorial sessions which will help develop learners’ broader skills and knowledge contributing to their development as responsible, respectful and active citizens. You will also take a lead on one aspect of the campus’s enrichment programme.

You should be an effective communicator with the ability to form positive and professional relationships with young people.
