Sales Administrator

**Job Type**: Permanent / Full Time

Location: Smethwick (Fully Office Based)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Our large and reputable client, who is a leader in their industry, is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Working as part of a busy team
- Processing all orders in a timely manner with accuracy and efficiency
- Implementing and managing orders, ensuring they are on schedule
- Dealing with customer queries
- Overseeing the Account Managers role in their absence

Skills and experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Working on own initiative and with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Strong team ethic
- Excellent telephone manner
- Can liaise on all levels and chase up queries as and when required
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience in a pressurised working environment
