You will be a trusted advisor and coach, partnering with managers to develop solutions to people related issues and providing first class people support to a number of sites.

We are looking for a generalist HR professional with broad experience including ER. You will be confident managing your own workload, working as part of remote team, and keen to develop and progress in HR.

Based at our High Wycombe office, with flexible working available and a mix of time in the office and working from home. UK travel will be required to deliver the role requirements.

Driving license essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

Working with and coaching managers, providing confident advice and guidance to resolve people issues, develop solutions and seek continuous improvement

Partnering with the business to develop collaborative solutions which support our mission of making Sharp UK a great place to work.

Supporting managers to meet their objectives, working as a sounding board, coach, and mentor to drive organisational change and employee engagement

Supporting business change projects, translating business requirements into effective people projects/initiatives (including TUPE/Restructure)

Developing the employee life cycle and supporting managers in employee relations activities to ensure we provide a great employee experience

Contribute to people management and policy framework, ensuring they are aligned with our people vision

Manage our people service delivery to added value through process improvements and efficiencies, embedding consistency into working practices.

Supporting the recruitment process by attending interview panels, ensuring this is effectively managed in line with KPIs.

Developing long term stakeholder relationships, building a strong reputation as a partner to deliver professional, efficient and effective change in areas of the business

Support with HR metrics, analysing data, identifying areas of continuous improvement, priorities, and issues whilst working together to find solutions.

Supporting the development of a learning culture to identify skills gaps and develop learning solutions

**Experience**
- Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification. ideally CIPD Level 5
- Demonstrable experience as a People Advisor in a commercial focused environment
- Experience managing ER cases (TUPE, restructures) within employment law and best practice.
- Multi-site experience helpful but not essential
- Partnering proactively and collaboratively to effect organisation change
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience working in a highly sensitive and confidential environment
- Strong team player, willing to roll their sleeves up and get the job done.
- Highly organised, willing to do necessary admin, Excel skills
- Flexible and resilient with proven ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Courage to challenge, give feedback and have difficult conversations
- Can empower, influence and build confidence with key managers so that they are confident to resolve issues and find their own solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible in approach to working location, hours and areas of work, with full driving license
- Experience of using HR, payroll and E Leaning systems
- Previous experience of managing People related projects and leading people initiatives
