Our client, a leading automotive retail group are currently looking for a Warranty Administrator to join their business based out of their Bolton Retail Centre.
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for progressing all invoices and Warranty claims on behalf of the company. It is essential they ensure that all the processes are followed for the Service and Parts.
We are looking for someone who has a great work ethic and experience within a Warranty role within the Automotive sector. This is a great opportunity to become accredited within this company's prestigious brands.
About the role
- To receive all required invoices for completion from all aftersales departments before processing.
- To use the company's systems to make sure each invoice and warranty claim is completed in the correct format.
- To NOT process any claim that isn't correct
- Ensure all parts required for return to the manufacturer are correctly labelled, stored and prepared for delivery in a timely manner.
- To maintain all records accurately to monitor the progress of claims
- Review warranty claims with your manager
- To assist in any other aspect of the service department administration, as and when requested.

- Have experience working as a Warranty Administrator within an Automotive environment
