**Role Responsibilities**
- Create, maintain and ensure accuracy of Purchase Orders.
- Proactively monitor stock levels to ensure availability of product whilst working within the required budget.
- Ensuring KPI’s are achieved.
- Manage Supplier Performance to identify areas of improvement. Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships, ensuring continued good communication.
- Ensuring regular supplier reviews are held and documented.
- Working closely with all departments for timely resolution of queries.
- Management of shared Purchasing inboxes.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience of working in a similar role.
- Experience of working with ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience of working directly/indirectly with a busy Goods In Dept.
- Analytical and target driven.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to strong computer and IT skills. (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Commercially aware.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Experience within the Electrical Wholesale industry.
- Experience of in-house software systems.
