KG Direct Hire are pleased to be supporting a north Norfolk eating establishment with the recruitment of a full time Cafe Baker to join their busy team. This successful cafe is a thriving establishment, with a committed team who continue to push its excellentreputation forward.

We are looking for a talented baker to join our bakery and caf? kitchen, someone who wants to enhance their career in catering by learning new skills and recipes, who is going to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, learning to produce great qualitypastry products. Daytime shifts only.

You will receive support and guidance from the passionate and experienced owner and team.

**Duties will include;**
- Running a busy pastry section on a daily basis
- Be able to work independently, producing bakery goods (pastries, cakes, cookies, breads) consistently to a high standard
- Must have previous experience in a high-volume establishment
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standard
