**The Job**:
**Due to their reopening early April, they are looking for an Operations Manager. This role is perfect if you are passionate about guest satisfaction and staff development, you’ll thrive in providing the best possible guest experience through mentoringand developing your team members to achieve their full potential and ensure they deliver a first-class service.**

**This is a**hands on role you’ll be responsible for maintaining and upholding the high standards for health & safety procedures, training and documentation and exceptional customer service at every touch point.

Responsibilities willinclude:

- Line Manage Guest Services, Guides, Food & Beverage & Retail including recruitment, scheduling, performance reviews, coaching and discipline as required.
- Support the development and implementation of Operational Plans to maximise profit performance, enhance the guest experience and ensure excellent guest satisfaction scores
- Responsible for all controllable costs and managing operational costs in line with budget.
- Ensure the effective and safe operation of the attractions and equipment proactively to the required Company and legal standards.
- Actively interact with guests, providing assistance and responding to escalated enquires and complaints
- Work with the General Manager and Marketing Executive to establish a range of guest communication channels ensuring all are used effectively and appropriately.

**The Person**:
For this role our client is looking for someone who has significate experience in managing a team in a fast paced customer service environment.
- Experience in an attraction environment or customer services function.
- Stakeholder and people management and development skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Experience with data collection, analysis and reporting
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.

**The Salary**:
**£25 - 30,000**

**The Hours**:
You’ll be employed on a permanent 40 hour contract, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evening and bank holidays as required. Earliest start time 8am, latest finish time 8pm varying in accordance with opening times.
