We provide our global customers with many solutions across all repairs and engineering solutions for product enhancement, obsolescence, re-engineering and life extensions.

**Role**:

- Chasing updates from supply chain and customers
- Raising invoices and shipping documentation
- Assisting with Quality Management
- General customer service tasks

**Skill Requirements**:

- Good administration abilities, planning and numeracy skills
- Be computer literate with attention to detail
- Team player able to work independently to achieve key deadlines
- Proactive approach, therefore, minimising delays and issues where possible
- Full training given

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Poole: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
