Powder Coater

**Job title: Powder Coater**

**Location: Nottingham**

**Pay: 28,000 rising to 30,000**

**Hours of work. 0700 - 1730 Mon - Thursday**
- you will be working on a Gema paint line fully automated, you will be responsible for choosing programs to suit the parts being powdered and aiding where the automatic guns do not cover in full, you will set the track speed to suit the material being powdered, this is done by thickness of metal.
- You will clean the booth etc. in between colours and keep immediate area clean and putting powders back into stock.

**Experience**
- Experience of operating an automatic booth would be an advantage, but training can and will be given.
- You must adhere to health and safety within the paint line area.
- You will also undergo training in all areas of paint, jigging, packing, hanging, tank testing to fully understand all operations.
