This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing Merchandise department with a number of progression opportunities within the department and throughout Twinkl.

We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our newly formed Merchandise, Rewards and Incentives Department who will be responsible for managing and unpacking deliveries into the office, stock checks, and maintaining stock levels.

You’ll be supporting the wider Merchandise team, seeking quotes for new and exciting ideas, with campaign giveaways or administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for supporting internal teams with merchandise requests, and any additional ad hoc requests alongside researching and developing new and innovative promotional items for our UK and international markets.

Please note, to be considered for this role you must live (or be willing to relocate) within commutable distance to our Sheffield office on Ecclesall Road.

**How you’ll spend your day**:

- You will ensure a smooth and efficient distribution process of RAKS (Twinkl’s gifts to customers), store orders and giveaway prizes.
- Supporting the wider Merchandise team with administrative tasks.
- Researching new merchandise items that our customers would love in our next campaigns.
- Managing stock levels.
- Collecting data and reporting on past social giveaways.
- Implementing cost-saving measures and continuously negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best value for Twinkl.
- Attending creative workshops to shape new products.

**Requirements**:

- C English GCSE.
- Microsoft Office efficient.
- Highly organised.
- Competent communicator.
