We are recruiting for a great opportunity to join our Order Administration team, involving the entering of orders onto company systems, purchasing with suppliers, and helping guide orders through to completion to ensure our service delivery KPI's are achieved. Some experience with entering data onto company order management systems would be required.

- Take responsibility for the timely processing of sales orders handed over from sales, by entering the sales and purchase orders onto company systems and sending purchase orders to suppliers.
- Sending order acknowledgements to customers.
- Managing suppliers and delivery dates of orders utilizing company systems
- Entering stock orders onto company systems where required - updating company systems and customers when any items are out of stock
- Check suppliers and in house operations have scheduled orders to be completed within dates confirmed to customers.
- Manage and guide customer expectations and advise customers if they have any queries.
- Assist with incoming calls and customer enquiries into the company, advising customers of order queries or passing them on appropriately
- Assisting Sales team with any requirements involving order processing.
