**About the role**:
This is a superb career opportunity to join a long set up highly successful PPE business unit of the RS Electrocomponents Company PLC, RS Safety Solutions pride themselves on their business culture and their commitment for people development.

RS Safety Solutions part of the RS Electrocomponents Company PLC are looking for a confident, vibrant person to join our busy customer success team, you will you joining a team of 15 members who are very passionate and knowledgeable in their role.

As part of the Customer Success Team you would be responsible for you own portfolio of customers this would involve some order processing, handling general customer enquiries, quote requests, managing invoice queries, raising customer returns & maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem solving resources. Providing excellent customer service with a high emphasis on communication.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects to product users
- Building close and lasting relationships with customers
- Reducing customer churn and increasing customer loyalty
- Advocating for customers and the company
- Fostering a customer-centric team environment
- Resolving customer issues and providing guidance
