We are looking for a Reservations Associate to join our Central Reservations team based at 1 London Bridge. Your duties as a Reservations Associate will include providing a comprehensive range of administrative services to patients, consultants and other third parties that will assist in promoting the successful management of all aspects needed to facilitate a seamless Reservations patient pathway, whilst ensuring compliance in all Revenue Cycle functions across all HCA Facilities.

**What you'll do**:
- Formally pre-register patients across all facilities and guarantee 100% accuracy when requesting and transferring information to HCA databases.
- Ensure that financial details are transcribed into Meditech during pre-registration.
- Seek assistance from Senior Reservations Associate with any complex queries.
- Keep up to date with current policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the management of all Reservations and Surgical Services mailboxes.
- Ensure all correspondence is received and scanned onto accounts under the correct Meditech Form inclusive of letters of guarantee, booking forms, clinic letters, medical reports, consultant fees and pre-authorisation.
- Keep all parties fully informed of any deviation to the patient journey.
- Respond promptly to any patient/third party requests.
**What you'll bring**:
- Minimum 1-year administrative experience in healthcare/hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office).
