**Hours**: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday**:
Join our dynamic team at Aldridge as a **Field Service Controller**. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, coordinating field service activities with precision and efficiency. Your role will involve handling calls, managing warranty and chargeable repairs, and ensuring all documentation meets ISO standards. If you have a knack for technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you

- Excellent administration skills.
- Previous call handling and/or customer service experience.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
