We carry out in the moment planning so are looking for a Nursery Practitioner level 3 who is passionate and is responsive in their practice. **Responsibilities and Skills**: - Excellent child development knowledge especially with 0-5 - A sound understanding of the EYFS and in the moment planning - Excellent safeguarding knowledge - Be a good communicator and listener and the ability to observe children's nonverbal cues - Have good written skills to complete children's profiles and any required nursery paperwork - Be a team play but have the ability to work independently and bring new ideas - Have good attendance rates and a professional attitude and a love for young children **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company events - Discounted or free food - On-site parking Schedule: - 8 hour shift School type: - Day nursery Application question(s): - You must hold a Level 3 diploma in childcare - Can you work from 8-6, 3-5 days ,all year round **Experience**: - Nursery: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required) Licence/Certification: - Childcare qualification level 3 and above (required) Work authorisation: - United Kingdom (required) Work Location: In person Reference ID: Collier
