**Superior Healthcare cover the whole of Kent and are recruiting for caring individuals to work 1:1 with clients in their own homes in the community. Shift times range from 9 to 12 hours meaning you have complete control over your working hours.**

The job:
Working either 1:1 or 2:1 within the home you will spend your whole shift with one client. Your day will consist of following and fulfilling the care plan - meeting the clients physical, medication and moving and handling needs. You will also encourage and support the client with achieving their goals - whether these be completing a university degree, to spend days out with family and friends or watching their favourite series on the TV. No two days are the same
