Join us as a Reporting & Communications Lead, Legal, Governance & Regulatory Affairs
- You’ll lead the delivery of LG&RA reporting to ExCo and board level committees and oversee intra-function communications
- Every day, you’ll be working on a wide variety of tasks, including delivering management information in line with our reporting schedule
- This is a valuable opportunity to build key relationships with stakeholders, improve your current skillset and grow your profile across the bank.

**What you’ll do**:
Day-to-day, you’ll be delivering a large portfolio of high-quality LG&RA reports to our board and ExCo, with input from our LG&RA function. We’ll look to you to drive the continuous improvement of LG&RA reporting and liaise with our external audit team to provide evidence when necessary.

You’ll also be:

- Overseeing relevant reporting requirements, including monitoring inputs to our database, and making sure cases are logged
- Providing high-quality reports to the Group General Counsel for approval and submission to ExCo and board level committees
- Managing function-wide communications, the communications agenda, and timetable

**The skills you’ll need**:
To join us in this role, you’ll need knowledge of banking and reporting processes. We’ll expect you to have extensive experience in drafting and working within a legal environment, corporate governance or regulatory affairs markets and activities.

You’ll also need:

- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Fantastic senior stakeholder influencing skills
- Great leadership skills
