Due to some life changing news for the HR Officer in question, an opportunity has occurred to step in for a 12 month period as her Maternity Cover.

This role will report into the Senior HR Manager (and someone who as well as being one of the best, is also a genuinely decent individual).

While this is an HR Generalist position, it will take particular ownership of the HRIS, so previous experience and competence in this area is a must.

This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.

**The Role (will include but not be limited to)**
- **Generalist HR**, including first point of contact with the business for HR queries and supporting the Senior HR team in their tasks.
- Preparing London Payroll
- Assisting **HR Projects** such as the annual salary review, benefits review and other schemes to streamline processes.
- **HRIS**:

- being first point of contact in London and working with the Global HR team. Working with other departments (IT and Payroll) maintaining databases and working with HR Metrics
- 3 Years + HR experience in a Buy Side (Private Equity, Hedge Fund, Asset Manager) firm or a top tier Investment Bank
- Experience with HRIS, ideally Workday
- Strong Excel (V-Lookups and Pivot Tables)
- UK Payroll experience.
