**Functional Skills Learning Coach/Tutor**

**Permanent roles**

£22,000 to £26,000 per annum + £3,750 per annum guaranteed car allowance paid monthly with your salary, so equates to £29,750 per annum + mileage + excellent benefits

**We have several roles covering the below locations, this is due to expansion, working for a very well known and stable training provider, who offer great benefits, fantastic promotional prospects**

**Home based, dealing with some learners remotely and the rest in the centres covering the below locations, so must reside in one of the locations listed, or upto an hour travel, working from home some days and then other days visiting learners**

**Stockton on Tees or other locations in the Yorkshire area**

**Warrington/Manchester/Liverpool**

**Southwest - mainly Dorset**

**South East, mainly Milton Keynes**

**Wrexham, Wales**

**DUTIES**
- To Deliver English, Maths to level 2
- To work with a caseloads of learners
- To understand and agree with employers, learners and each learners starting point and skills development needs
- Using the companies English and Maths delivery process, to agree a training plan with each learner
- Dealing with learners face to face in the centre in groups, also remotely
- Review progress
- Carry out regular caseload reviews
- Using e-portfolio system
- Ensure evidence for learning, achievement, funding and Ofsted is captured
- Working closely with IQA’s on best practice, development needs, providing sampling

**ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE**

In-depth knowledge of specifications for Functional Skills

Experience of coaching to support learning in functional skills levels 2 in Mathematics and English
