**Who we are seeking**

We are now recruiting for a Goods Receiving Inspector to join the Sunseeker family in Poole. As Supply Chain Project Manager, you will conduct various Inspection tasks on parts, product or services delivered from the supply base in line with the inspection plan to confirm that they conform to the required drawings, specifications or standards. Either accept or reject parts, products or services when they do not meet the required standard. In addition to assist Supply Quality Assurance Engineers in the reasons for part rejection and help develop the suppliers understanding of the inspection and quality standards required. To communicate with detailed notifications to Quality, SDE and SQA’s when parts, products or services do not comply with the required drawings, specifications or standards.

**Example responsibilities include**
- Ensure that all parts, products and services received conform to drawings and specifications, meet internal and external quality expectations and comply with all relevant standards, regulations, licenses and certifications.
- Inspect, test, and measure parts, products or services being received in line with the inspection audit plan, using appropriate methods, techniques and equipment.
- Examine products and materials for defects or deviations from drawings specifications and standards.
- Accept or reject parts, products or services that do not comply with the drawing, specifications or quality standards. (Using RTV/Red tag process )
- Communicate to the Supplier and relevant interested parties of the rejected parts
- Provide detailed objective evidence of the non conformity to SQA’s to facilitate the root cause investigation and correct action can be carried out to prevent repeat occurrence.
- Maintain the SAP system of the outcome of the inspection result to
receive or reject parts on the supplier.
- Maintain the Quality Improvement system where all supplier non-conformities are recorded.
- Control defect items via segregation/quarantine away from good parts and product to ensure they do not enter the production cycle.
- Maintain an appropriate working environment, tidiness, noise, consideration to colleagues.

**To be considered you'll need**
- Relevant experience of working in a part inspection environment.
- Keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of quality and business systems.
- Knowledge of Quality Systems and controls.
- Experience of working in Quality Control.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience of dealing with Suppliers.
- A good team player
- Can collaborate and have open discussions with other departments
- Knowledge of measurement techniques, inspection methods and equipment.
- Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Methodical and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
