You will be joining our FOH team and be preparing coffees Hula is Edinburgh’s premier juice bar and cafe, which was established in 2007 and has since been the go-to place for a healthy meal and amazing experience. **What we are looking for**: - You are detail oriented and thrive under pressure - You have experience with table service and order of service - You have a ‘can do’ attitude to everything around your kitchen and you are goal oriented - You are passionate about customer service and can liaison with the BOH team to ensure our customers have the best possible experience - You treat others with respect KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Contributing to the smooth operation of a small FOH team - Contributing to continue develop the drink offers - Preparing coffees, making smoothies, serving customers - Maintaining high-quality drinks and sticking to Hula procedures - Maintaining health and hygiene standards at all time - Supporting the BOH team by getting involved in food preparation What we offer: - Support from a great team - Space to develop and grow - Drinks and meal on shift provided - Excellent career opportunities as we expand How to apply: please send a current CV **Qualifications** - Proven barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and serving techniques - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From £12.21 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Discounted or free food **Experience**: - barista: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
