Marketing Executive

**Key responsibilities**:
- Developing and managing the firm's website, including performance monitoring, content creation, SEO strategy development and management.
- Create, deliver and manage PPC campaigns.
- Lead generation and lead conversion monitoring to support business sales.
- Developing and implementing PR, Advertising, Incentive & the social media marketing campaigns.
- Report on marketing activities in management meetings and board meetings.
- Supporting the management team with internal communications.
- Design, conduct and report on client satisfaction surveys.
**Key skills & Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years Marketing experience.
- Experience of website management, copy writing, PPC campaign management, SEO, social media marketing and content creation.
- Confident to manage day to day marketing tasks independently.
- A qualification/degree in Marketing or a similar field is highly desirable.
- Good business acumen, with the ability to analyse metrics to monitor marketing results and influence future strategy.
- Enthusiastic in approach, with a team player mentality.
**Additional information**:
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5am with a 1 hour break (35 hours)
- Free parking
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank holidays & Christmas break
- Please note, there would be flexibility to move to a hybrid working model once initial training has taken place
