We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven, personable and dedicated Customer Success Executive to join an established business services organisation in Lambeth. This is a hybrid position where you'll work 4 days a week on-site and one day from home.
Our client is one of the fastest-growing Managed Service providers in the UK, helping customers to have access to the right people when they need them. Following significant investment and continued success, our client has created a new vacancy which will reportdirectly to the Customer Success Manager.
As Customer Success Executive you'll provide world-class service to our client's customers, using their purpose-built technology to fulfil the customer's recruitment needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up to make sure timesheets are submitted and approved without queries each week
- Attend weekly and monthly customer meetings, providing operational overviews of service delivery performance
- Provide training support to customers, to ensure they are using the technology effectively and efficiently
- Be committed to achieving the right outcomes for your customers
- Be committed to providing world-class service to your customers
- Other tasks as required
During the first 4 weeks, you will be required to spend 5 days at our client's head office in Milton Keynes office for training purposes.
To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to listen and interrogate customers to ensure full and proper understanding of their requirements
- Love to talk and be excellent at building relationships with people over the phone and face to face
- Be comfortable working on your own, remotely
- Be able to multi-task and have experience of dealing with a workload that fluctuates throughout the week
- Have experience of MS Office and be 'tech savvy'
- Have a head for numbers and the ability to understand what the data is telling you
