Our client, an established company supporting IT services within the education sector, is seeking a Field Infrastructure Engineer to join their forward-thinking Project Services Department. The Field Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for deployingand supporting IT Infrastructure solutions including servers, storage and LAN/WLAN network devices.

**Responsibilities for theField Infrastructure Engineer**
- Provide third line support services direct to clients and as escalation point from the support desk
- Produce technical design documentation to support project and sales processes
- Carry out technical consultancy and audit services as required

**Key Skills & Experience for the Field Infrastructure Engineer**

**Essential**
- LAN/WAN Networking
- Windows Server 2016/2019
- Hyper-V
- SCCM
- Full UK Driving license

**Desirable**
- Working within an MSP environment and in a pre-sales capacity presale
- Aruba switching and wireless technologies and management platforms; (Aruba AirWave & Aruba Central)
- HPE Server and Storage hardware solutions
