As an **Employer Recruitment Coordinator,**your core tasks will include understanding the construction market, to create, build and maintain key relationships with employers by executing a smooth recruitment process. Along side this you will be targeted to sell

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30. You must be flexible and will be expected to work the occasional Saturday for Open-day events.

**Salary**:£27,000 per annum. Access to the recruiter bonus scheme. Full-time permanent position.

**Location**: Unit C, E, Huxley Cl, Newnham Industrial Estate, Plymouth PL7 4JN.

**Day to Day Duties**:

- To ensure a constant flow of opportunities for apprentices.
- Processing bids for courses, organising courses and liaising with Employers.
- To be highly organised with excellent time management skills to ensure monthly targets are met and the best possible service is delivered to our Employers.
- Sales Lead generation, business market research and development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Good understanding of education is preferred.
- Previous tele sales or/and face to face sales essential.
- Proven track record of working to targets is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft package
- Be able to work to monthly targets and in a fast-paced environment
- It is advantageous to have had exposure working within a busy and varied business environment, as well as having previous experience working in an educational setting and construction industry.

- A DBS check will be carried out
