**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
About us:

- We are different in lots of ways, with our ages ranging between 24 to 65.
- Most of us are mobile but some need a little bit of physical assistance as they use a wheelchair to get around the house and out and about. We have different challenges in our lives which include physical disability, autism and learning disabilities and dementia.We have a staff team who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs.
- We enjoy outdoor activities, including gardening, disco eating out and shopping and getting out in local community and some of us enjoy going to church on a Sunday.
- Other interests we have are listening to music, visiting local shops, going out for a drive, disco, cinema, playing games pamper days, Knitting and garden club.
- We are kind, caring, considerate, respectful of other people’s personal space and belongings and have a love of TV and listening to music and having fun.

About our home:

- The house is a 5-bed purpose built bungalow
- There is a large private back garden which is nice to use in the summer.
- There is shared space in the home where we can eat together and chat which includes the kitchen, dining room and sitting room.
- We all have our own bedroom which are personalised for us with our own things and taste in décor.
- The property is on a quiet private street next to the church.
- There is parking available on the drive and on the street.
- Near to local church and close to all local amenities including shops, with local parks, pubs café and health centres.
- Good bus links with easy access as most of us love to travel.
- Shift info:

- There are always at least 2-3 colleagues on shift.
- We like our staff to work Mornings 8am to 10pm, Afternoon 10am to 730pm and sleep in shift 10am to 10pm with sleep in then 7am-10am.
