**Role Description**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Driver at our depot in Dewsbury. This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and motivated person who is looking for a new challenge. You will play a crucial role in delivering building materials to our customers around the Dewsbury area, loading and unloading safely and maintaining a high level of customer care and service.

Applicants should possess a current Class 1 or Class 2 (Cat C & E) licence and a valid Moffett licence, with good experience of both. Ideally you will also have experience in a builder’s merchant setting.

**Competitive Salary Offered**

Hours: 6.30am-5pm Mon-Fri, including up to 1.5 hours overtime

Holiday: 22 days per year plus Bank Holidays

**Requirements**:

- Valid HGV licence and clean driving record
- Moffett licence is an advantage
- ALLMI and up to date CPC
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends
- Positive, can do attitude
