Head Bartender

We are looking for a Head Bartender with an eye for detail, a strong knowledge in beverage and exceptional service standards. You’ll support the Bars Manager to achieve the team’s daily activities and objectives that ensure guest satisfaction, profitability, and a positive, productive and engaging work environment. Alongside this impeccable organisational skills, control of the venues' compliance for licensing, health & safety, fire safety to food safety and all relevant due diligence.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B

.Experience in operating late-night venues
- Strong people management skills, ability to set clear objectives, motivate and monitor progress
- Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
- Providing outstanding customer service during operational periods
- Operational management of the bars in absence of Bars Manager
- Delivering and maintaining set-targets by the company
- Ensuring the bars maintains high standards of cleanliness
- Maintaining high standards of quality control and hygiene
- Responsibility over Health and Safety processes on the bars
- Inventory management accountability and understanding of costs

**Salary**: Up to £15.00 per hour
