EDI is looking for a** VFX Coordinator** to join our creative team.**_
Job responsibilities:_**
- Collaborate with producers, leads, and supervisors to track and manage workflow across departments to meet internal and external deadlines
- organizes reviews and meetings, taking notes and following up on the information
- ensures that the production database is updated daily with notes and information- maintains fluent communication between supervisor/lead and all other departments
- anticipate and communicate problems to producers and supervisors to resolve problems quickly
- takes detailed and comprehensive notes and reviews them with the lead
- supervises and organizes the dispatch of deliveries to customers
- helps maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office by being proactive and problem-solving oriented.

**Requisiti**:

- Highly organized and skilled in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize conflicting activities
- Ability to remain calm in a busy environment
- Basic understanding of live-action and CG-based visual effects workflows
- Basic understanding of common file formats and resolutions.
- Previous experience as a VFX coordinator or VFX Production Assistant
- Existing knowledge of production tracking systems (Ftrack a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel)
- Basic skills on Mac OS and Linux.
