**Job Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and supporting the front of house staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of food items, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during service by preparing ingredients and managing stock levels.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
