Based in state-of-the-art new offices, the finance function is a small, high-performance team. The Group Financial Controller is a balanced blend of financial accounting, commercial acumen and leadership. It has the opportunity to work with great peopleand to have the autonomy to create your own future path.

As part of the company's vision, the Group Financial Controller has full responsibility for the Accounting and transactional processing functions as well as statutory and formal reporting and compliance.
- Drive the Group monthly close process and ensure appropriate review process in place for all journals and month end adjustments. This includes the consolidation of the Group.
- Lead the external relationship with multiple stakeholders including:

- Forecasting and compliance licensing renewal with UK regulator
- Negotiating and arranging annual renewal of insurance and bonding products
- Key point of contact and day to day management of the formal Group audit and accounting compliance. This includes managing the timelines and facilitating the annual audit and accounting process
- Work with the CFO, CEO and other key stakeholders to:

- Identify and quantify opportunities and risks
- Drive accountability, and partner with other functional areas
- Continue to develop a long-term scalable reporting package
- Manage the day-to-day accounting and finance team and focus on their training and development

You be be a strong technical accountant with excellent stakeholder engagement experience.and good experience working with multiple ERP and reporting systems
