**Salary**: £34,453.90 per annum
**Hours**: 07.00 - 16.30 Mon - Fri - 42.5 Hours per week

Todd Doors, the UK’s leading supplier of quality timber doors, are recruiting for an experienced Transport Administrator to join our Warehouse team.

Main Responsibilities lies around overseeing the daily operations of the Transport team, this includes:

- Driver Management
- Compliance Oversight
- Driver Development & Training
- Performance Reporting
- Incident Management
- Van Routing & Delivery Optimisation
- Vehicle Maintenance & Checks
- Good telephone Customer Service Support
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Team Leadership

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a transport or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of transport regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Proficient in report generation and performance analysis
- Experience in health and safety monitoring and reporting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
