**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate data entry for shipping and receiving documentation.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales management to facilitate effective communication between departments.
- Utilise EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems for order processing and tracking.
- Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimise transportation solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to transportation activities and performance metrics.
- Support the supply chain team in inventory management and order fulfilment processes.
- Monitor shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations related to transportation and product handling is an advantage.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential.
- Experience using software such as AS400 or similar logistics management systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of EDI processes and 3PL operations is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective collaboration across teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
