**About The Role**:
Cala Homes Chiltern Ltd are looking for a Customer Service Operative with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to join their team based in the Chiltern Region reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking remedial works for customers and occasionally working with external contractors.
**About You**:
Responsibilities will include carrying out decorative making-good works, the reporting and correction of minor faults, including full reinstatement of emergency works. In addition, you will communicate regularly with our office team, contractors and suppliers. You will be the representative of Cala when working in customers’ homes and it will be your responsibility to ensure that our customers are happy with any repairs carried out. You will also attend weekly departmental meetings and keep all paperwork up to date.
Ideally, you will be an experienced multi-trader from a building background. You must have knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety regulations, including Covid-19 protocols. You should feel comfortable working at height and using ladders safely. Excellent communication skills are essential as is a full driving licence and the ability to work efficiently and effectively without supervision.
