NonStop is looking for several Qualified Social Workers, based in Northern Wales within the adult services as part of the community mental health team. In this role you would be working closely with a multidisciplinary team and will receive referrals directly from GP's and provide short term interventions for individuals with mild to moderate illness/ In addition, the team work closely with colleagues from secondary care and specialist services as well as third sector organisations and statutory agencies, so the team is well resourced and there's an easy transfer of information. To emphasise their commitment to mental health, the service offers a wide range of primary and community mental health services. However, to prevent the burnout of their social workers, for this specialised role, you'll only be holding a caseload of citizenswho are open to secondary mental health care.
